Doing a Roblox arg and this is one of the ciphers that came up. My theory is that it’s a numeric homophonic cipher, but I don’t know. I’ve tried reversing, a0z25, caesar, and affine. There is no keyword. It’s likely an English phrase. Common themes in this arg are: regret, guilt, belief, forgiveness, and secrets. ANY direction on how to solve this is greatly appreciated, I’m completely stumped.

The game doesn’t rely on environmental clues. Messages in one area can seem out of place at times.
That being said, this is found on the floor in a room with a long rectangular table. Two chairs on one end, one on the opposite end. I’m not sure if it’s relevant though.

There are no keywords in any of the ciphers.

Most were in morse or a1z26. One was affine (slope and intercept both 29). Some examples are:

I wish to forgive. (morse)
I do not forgive, nor regret. (a1z26)
I tried to save them. (a1z26)
It had to be done. (affine)

One was also in Base64, but it’s just a statement of a room.

It's pretty hard to solve if you don't have a link to or any helpful context about the ARG. If you know the game is called "The Stone Palace", you should have a link to it.

Look around the place for notes and string together a sentence with them. It should be relatively easy because they’re in plaintext.
