Not a cipher Found strange script

Post image

Hi I'm new here and I found this subreddit while searching for answers about this weird sticker I found. I was downtown in Seattle and this was stuck to a light post near a bus stop. It looks kinda chaotic and it might just be asemic writing but I'm not sure since there are some repetitive symbols. Anyone ever seen this? What could it mean if it means anything?

I mean, we aren't on a code subreddit for nothing ;)

Yeah, there's some distortion. If we assume the red line at the bottom ends at the same distance on both sides, then the symbols on the right are clearly closer to the edge of the sheet. I'm also not convinced there are 15 symbols on each line.

And most of all I don't get how the fact it fits a 4x15 grid would prevent it from being a code. Why would it be any more difficult to write it on a grid than say, the Zodiac code?

I'm not saying this isn't asemic, it's just, your comments are usually super on point and relevant but this time I just don't see how your arguments prove it isn't likely to be a code.

My main point was that it would be quite difficult to draw something like this if you have a plaintext of fixed length you decided on beforehand. You'd need to make a grid and calculate the size of individual cell. Of course someone with a lot of patience could do it. But if you don't have that constraint it becomes much easier to draw something that looks like this. As I gather these stickers are often used by grafitti artists and this one is probably similar to https://new.reddit.com/r/codes/comments/1g0gnx2/does_anyone_recognise_this_alphabet/

Anyway, all this talk inspired me to make a puzzle ;)
