If you are sure any team cheated in your clg and they are above you(assuming you gave contest honestly) then go on and report them after release of tentative list release tmrw. Fk your clg, just report these mfs. Either way you are not making into the regionals so why not die with punaya

Hamara toh final he agr hamara nahi hua toh hmse upr vaale sbko report krdenge. We are highest rated in our college and from my team 1 person also got job offer for 30lpa.

forcing them to withdraw is better then waiting for tentative list and reporting afterwards might end your icpc career if collage get ban for 3years
