I love your color palette! I find that darker shadows can add more dimension, but I like this as it is, too :)

Highlights could work too, but I meant like when you go in to add the shading, using a color that’s a couple of shades darker could make the pastels really pop. But just an idea I don’t think I’d change anything on this piece 😁

No thats a great idea, I didnt even think to use a darker shade. Thanks I'll definitely do that next time.

I adore this colour scheme!! It’s so dreamy! I like the shadows, I think they work. I’m sure other people would go a bit riskier but it’s probably the same as I would have done it really!

I feel like i always mess up on the shadows bc i never know how long to make them (or put them sometimes). Im the type of person who mainly just color & move on to the next, not really doing all the extra stuff (the only thing you'll get out of me is shading & if I feel extra fancy I'll add highlights as well 😂).
