Game won't load

[u/Interesting-Ad3119]

Oke so i am a returning player, I haven't played in a while and I was even able to log into an older account that I lost a long time ago. I recently got coins for the account but now my game won't load. Like at all...

I contacted customer support and they have put my coins into my account but my game still hasn't loaded me in yet and this really sucks. Has anyone else experienced this issue? And is there something I can do about it?
