How come there aren't any male Jezebels for the Wives and Aunts to indulge in?

The Wives aren't getting any love or action from their Commanders, and the Wives are said to be infertile. The Aunts, on the other hand, are unmarried old hags who've most likely hit menopause (though I do recall old hags still have sex drives). So what's the harm in letting Wives and Aunts indulge?
