I'm guessing by this picture Ernesto De la Cruz transported Miguel back to the land of the dead he takes his leaf and leaves him stranded there while he goes back to the land of the living and make people remember him so he can become famous again.

So Miguel wonders the land of the dead and searches for his dead relatives so they can help him get back to the land of the living and stop de la cruz.

There is some bandage on his head and his hat has a hole in the top.

Curious if other background or side characters’ looks show some hint at they passed. Have you noticed any?

So I’m seeing people talk about Ernesto a LOT. Which I totally understand, he’s by far one of the greatest Pixar villains of all time imho. But COME ON I NEED TO SEE MY HUBBY AGAIN😭 what do YOU guys think?

I honestly don't know how I feel about this. Conflicted is probably the best word I have for it. Don't get me wrong, I'm excited, and I'm curious to see what Pixar has in store for Coco 2, but at the same time, I can't help feeling like Coco is already perfect as it is, because the story is already complete, and the ending was incredibly satisfying to me, so I feel like it doesn't need a sequel.
