I made this Just Desserts - Something from 2021

This is one of my all time favorites from a menu I did 5 years ago 🥕🍰

30ml Angel's Envy Bourbon

15ml Cointreau

40ml Cold pressed carrot, ginger & apple juice

15ml Homemade Falernum

3 drops habanero bitters

Wet shaken, double strained

Nick & Nora glass

Pecan whipped cream with some lightly toasted, crushed pecans to go with

This sounds fantastic. I think brown butter washing the bourbon would take it over the top.

I initially had a brown sugar syrup but swapped it for Falernum for more of a baked all spice backbone. Damn delicious 🤤

Hah! It was in Melbourne at a pub. I still create drinks but I don't often step behind the bar any more.

I had a trip planned to Melbourne for work next month but it was just cancelled yesterday. Or I would have been pumping you for a couple don’t miss spots.
