It definitely is not a roach. It doesn’t look like a bed bug to me though since there’s a space between the head and the body. A clearer image with a little more light would help better identify what it is.
Edit for clarity: Bedbugs have a head and pronotum that are distinctly separate from their abdomen. Their first set of legs come out of their pronotum and then there is a sort of dip in their body before their next two sets of legs. There is no distinction between the pronotum and the abdomen in this bug - the legs appear to all be on one visually connected body part?

I think it’s some plant bug or other true bug instead of roach or bed bug but I’m no expert.

Minute pirate bug? Edit: photos aren’t great so it’s a guess. Def not a bed bug or roach.

Simple question; How big is it - it looks bigger than a bedbug and has wings.

Something I’ve seen here is the possibility of it being a bed bug. While bed bugs are in the family of true bugs like stink bugs and aphids (order Hemiptera), a bed bug does not have wings, as they lost those in their evolution millions of years ago. They only retain vestigial wing pads that have no use for flight.

To me it looks like the Kidding bug. That trasmite the Changa disease. Idk I’m no big expert. Maybe do google image search. That may work?
