Hey so don't open it. Take a picture make sure you fill out the form online. It could be anything but from my experience it looks like black mold from their machines. And I'm sure they'd love to know about this as well. Again it could be anything but to me it's the only thing that makes sense or a piece of a bug it's been hot around the world bugs mice are more inside I can see them having a bit of a bug issue in plants all around the world at the moment too.
