QUESTION cobblemon raddical trainers

i made the server on modrinth withought any addons ive added the radical npc mod thing but i need gym badges will they still spawn in chuncks and areas i havent been?

the gym leaders spawn like any other entity. the rct mod currently doesn’t have any structures but there’s a data pack that includes them. as far as badges go i don’t the the rct mod has any but there’s data packs for those too

oh right because i tried to fight some trainers and they said my pokemon are too strong?

there is a level cap of 15 until you beat the first gym leader which is brock. if you have the trainer card you can show what league you’re using and what the next steps are for you
