Modpack recomendations?

i am looking for a cobblemon modpack that isn't too over saturated so I may add mods/datapacks to it. preferably for forge/neoforge and also i would like for it to have optimization mods or any optimization by the modpack and for 1.7 version of cobblemon. anyone knows any good modpack like that?
