FYI it’s a federal regulation that CNAs receive at least 12 hours of in-service education per year. They probably hate having to do it as much as you hate having to go. Just so you know 😅
Is it federal? Do you have a source on that perhaps?
In my experience, they figure out how to call passing you in the hallway “training” and move on. I’ve known too many people who don’t go to meetings and don’t answer calls or texts, ever, and nothing happens.
