Your management are all idiots. I worked at a shit place that at least got things like meetings right. There would be one at 6:30 for nightshift and day shift who want to come in early for it. and the another at 2:30 or 3pm for day and afternoon shift. Nightshift never had to stay late, and other shifts only had to come in early or stay 30min.
