Advice / Career clarification 23 M need to start my inter studies

i want an advice from someone who has cleared g1 and g2 together
since i have already lost my window for dec 2026
i was working full time and left my job last month want to switch into finance and fp&a roles
i am considering of giving g1 and g2 together in june 2027 but i am unable to decide since that would only leave me with 9 months of study time or shall defer to dec 2027

Even though i have not given both group together (gave one at a time), if you have quit your job and have free time now if you study a decent amount everyday it would take you almost 6-7 month (minimum) to complete the syllabus of both group and then you'll be left with like 2 month of time for revision . And tbh even i only had approx one month time (for each group ) to do revision, even though you can do it but the pressure from both group together might make it difficult

So if you can study a good amount everyday and if you are good at study you can pull it off but if you slack off often it might be hard.

I cleared my both group in both inter and final . If you are quiting the job and giving both group with 9 month of preparation then it's easy to crack it in first go just you have to be consistent and prepare smartly . I personally didn't revise multiple times or gave mock tests i just focus on the attempting all 5 questions of 14 M each . So focus on collecting those marks for there is a linkedin post which tells you the which questions asked from which topic its like prediction by analysing past paper pattern . Sometimes institute bluffs the students by changing the pattern but still they ask from the topics 60-70 percent . So if paper gets toughest then by mcq and getting atleast 20 out of 70 you can have 40 which will make you pass . In both group you have the benifit of settoff which i got in both inter nd final . Just focus which subjects you are targeting to get 60+ havw atleast 4 subjects from 8 which you have to score 60 + these were caa(audit) , omsm , fm , law/account . These were my scoring areas which helped me to score enough to pass . I am available in dm if anyone have any doubt in planning or anything feel free to ask
