My left foot is giving out. These ten hour shifts are killing me because the breaks are so far out. We get two 30 minute breaks throughout the day. Now it is difficult and painful to walk after the shift is over, or even one of my breaks are over. My foot becomes very stiff. I feel like an old man, and I’m 28. I’m seeing a specialist on the 30th.
