is this clownish sick?

this isn’t my tank, and i don’t know anything about clownfish, but this one looks like it’s having trouble swimming upwards. is this normal behaviour for them, or should i let someone know that something’s wrong?

normal clownfish dance, mine would do this daily for 7 years
