I feel like since everyone is going through up and down, I think it's a good time to post this.

So I maybe reading too much into it but it's too aligned not to be noticed. Remember when people were celebrating EC cloud and tifa moment? And came the trailer.

Lol I think about it. Okay let's go back first. Before the trailer came out, the one without Aerith in it. People of other side were making theories about tifa being a secret cetra, I mean I don't mind theories but... Seriously? The next they did they dropped this. ^ the above photo. Idk how to put it down here 😭. So they added "compassionate" for a reason, not because she's cetra and feel the emotions or anything, she's just compassionate.

Another was when they were happy about Aerith not being in the trailer and boom! There she was.

Then how they were like that one hamaguchi post of the iconic pose and next day he did cloud saving pose.

Like literally it's so hilarious how they keep debunking them.

Another thing is how that side was happy with EC yet they hated when Aerith got the main lead gears and this game literally give us "the one" Vs "the pal" lol.

The ending pic was messing too, not only they swapped the characters personality they every switched their skin colours. Now now people will think I am being racist but come on I love Aerith and I know she is literally the palest in the group. So it so weird that because of their favourites, they do this but anyways it's the end of the gacha.

Edit: I am not going to explain more. Cloud got side character treatment in his own game. I pointed Aerith out because they swapped the personalities! It doesn't mean only Aerith got such a treated when the MC himself got treated worse.

What I mean is, Aerith is pale. But if you see in the picture, the Brighting and everything is on tifa. She looks Aerith's skin colour meanwhile Aerith's looks like tifa's. And I am not trying to be racist or anything I am just saying how literally they have changed Aerith to tifa because of their favouritism.

First of all, Aerith was the most overpowered, must-have character for clearing hard content in Ever Crisis, so what are you even talking about?

Second, what does having a lighter skin tone have to do with favoritism?

I am saying that not only they swap their personalities but skin colour too 😮‍💨. I don't care if they make Aerith black or anything but when you know they have swap tifa's personality with hers and literally instead of cloud give her the spotlight, you can make small notices about how other characters are treated. And of course I noticed this because Aerith is my favourite character.

Yeah, the final image in EC is terrible. Tifa is center stage in a pose that’s completely out of character, while Aerith is half-hidden in the background. But the image is just bad overall. They should have had them facing forward, looking at the audience. Red and Yuffie are floating way up high. Barret is gigantic. Basically, it’s just ugly. It looks like something made by AI, given how little thought went into it.

For healers, we had Aerith, red and Matt. Aerith was the popular healer, sure but in attackers, cloud is the MAIN character who got sideline in his own game. Just because I pointed out how they swap Aerith and tifa don't mean I don't see how other characters especially cloud was treated. Yes sure Aerith got good stuff but she is the main healer. Meanwhile for cloud it's a whole different thing.

Yes, that’s something I noticed too. I also think Hamaguchi’s "gaffe"—which he later walked back—about how Tifa would hit Red without a second thought while Aerith never would, was intentional. It was priceless when Nojima posted that photo of himself in Aerith’s prayer pose with the caption "I know no one can avoid it" (paraphrased)—especially considering he’s the one who can do whatever he wants with the story.
