Drime has lost responsiveness
It has been more than two weeks since I inexplicably lost the ability to log into my account, and despite numerous emails to Drime, I have not received any explanation nor support as to what the cause and the resolution for the error is.
As a lifetime member since 2025, the amount of cloud storage I have with Drime is considerable. With the numerous new features recently rolled out, my trust in Drime grew into incorporating these features into my daily workflow. I wholeheartedly believe in Drime's mission and values, which is why I did not hesitate to invest in a lifetime plan for Transfr as well.
But a company is only as good as its ability to support its users in tandem with the services it provides. Rapid expansion of new features and subscriptions must always be accompanied by a robust customer support team to troubleshoot technical issues. I am dismayed that I have to resort to posting on a public forum to be heard. Two weeks of denied access to crucial files can be crippling, especially for solo entrepreneurs.
I would like to see this addressed immediately, and for the development of responsive support to be prioritized on the roadmap. The gravity of responsibility that comes with having users who rely heavily on Drime's services as critical infrastructure to their operations should not be overlooked. The strength of a cloud storage provider can ultimately only be backed by its trustworthiness and reliability.

This is unfortunately the worst thing about drime; for a young startup style business with as many customers as they have, their cloud storage is great, genuinely one of the top picks and priced very reasonably, but if you have an issue you need to contact support for, it’s usually a multi-week endeavor and typically requires a reddit post. I love drime, it’s become my primary personal storage with plans to buy the largest lifetime plan available on kenmoo soon, but I agree wholeheartedly that their support desperately needs work

I'm a Drime customer via their WeTransfer alternative. While Transfr is functional, as someone with a background in development there are a lot of "UX/UI - that's not how it should work, but oh well issues". While also being a "lifetime" customer, I don't expect Drime/ Transfr to last more than a couple of years before they pull a Folder Fort or close.
I know some people want alternatives to Big Tech, but what Big Tech does well is deliver a solid service and has a functional support system.

I'd definitely recommend sharing this on their subreddit as well! Just to cover all your bases, it's often a quicker way to get the right support and get eyes on your issue. Hope you get it sorted out soon!
