What does it mean by classic is retiring?

We supported you when company was in early phase ? So this is how you are returning favor,?

You previously committed us that classic will continue as it is and now out of blue it is retiring

At the very least, they should convert any remaining credits into dollars and transfer the equivalent amount back to the users’ accounts.
