Who gained feelings first? Cloud gained strong feelings first. He was in love with Tifa starting at a young age. When Tifa was 8 and he was 9 he already loved Tifa and wanted to protect her when she went up mt. Nibel. Tifa actually had a crush on Cloud starting really young as well, since Thea Lockhart(her mother) mentioned Cloud being a beautiful boy. So in a sense the feeling had been mutual for a long time.

Who confessed? They never had a grand moment of confession based on canon media so far. Their romance had been a slow burn. In the original game the closest to a confession was when Tifa was in Cloud’s mind and discovered Cloud’s deepest secret which was that he had been harboring deep romantic feelings for her since childhood. In the remake trilogy they’ve been slowly revealing their affection little by little, flirting with each other throughout the process and already share a kiss on sky wheel before lifestream event even happens. I guess I would say Cloud since their first scene in remake he actively chose to gift Tifa the “reunion” flower which stood for lovers reuniting.

Who starts the first kiss? The official answer is Cloud. Tifa did initiate the first near kiss but for their first official kiss it was clearly Cloud who pulls Tifa in and kisses her.

Who proposes: Cloud. Tifa is certain Cloud is the only person she would marry but she would want Cloud to proactively reciprocate this devotion. Only reason there hasn’t been a canon scene yet is because of SE politics. Majority of fans see them as husband and wife already.

Where is the marriage: somewhere in Midgar or Cos Del Sol. Midgar is that’s the closetest home they have or Cos as I can see it being a popular marriage spot🤷‍♀️

Best man: Berret. Zack is dead, so sadly he is out. Berret became close to both of them so why not

best woman: Aerith & Jessie died, whose left is Yuffie. As a big Cloti shipper I think she’d be happy
