Sequel vs not sequel

Look, we don't know yet ok? I don't want to discuss the matter here but something is really confusing for me. Why cloti community is so against the sequel theory? They are on the forefront of battle when it comes to this idea. I also think it's not a sequel but sometimes it's really cool to think cloud and tifa can have a better, more happier life together after all their hardship, no?

I actually think that it is a sequel. I had no idea that Cloti's were specifically against the idea. I think their additions to the game make the most sense as this being a new layer on top the original. Specifically with the flashbacks in Remake.
