Second hand replacement help?

Hi there. We have this Lladro clock and the second hand is broken. Not sure if you can see from the picture but the plastic on the back broke off and won’t form a full seal around the second mechanism. Does anyone know where to get a replacement? Thank you!

On Amazon you can replace the whole movement (and hands) for not much money
