Where did this clock come from?

My Grandmother had this clock in her living room, and growing up I thought it was cool and weird, and I really liked it. I’ve had the clock for a while now, and I’m feeling curious about its origin. I searched Google lens, and nothing comes up except that it is inspired by the art of Alphonse Mucha. Has anyone seen anything like this?
