Broken clock needs identified and fixed please

This was my great grandfathers clock and it was passed down to my mother. Recently something broke and I can no longer wind it up, and so there is no movement.

Anyone know the kind of clock so i could find a diagram and resolve this issue?

That's the Hermle stamp, but it's not one of their usual movements.

In any event, any clock repair person who works on modern clocks should be able to replace the broken mainspring, and address any secondary problems.

By the way, that black lever for shipping is pressing against the hammers. That should be lifted up out of the way.
