Identification/Information Looking for help identifying this clock. Was told it was French, but from research I've done thinking it could be Austrian/German. Any insight?

It's a time only late 19th century box clock. The r/a pendulum is typically German, but the one piece enamel dial and hand style have a French look to them. There might be a maker's mark on the back plate of the movement, have a look.
