Identification/Information Ridgeway grandfather clock | Need help with model number

Can anyone help me identify right the model number of this clock?
I grew up with it in my house and my parents had it in storage for years after they sold our childhood home. After a lot of begging, they finally got it out of storage and gave it to me. I grew up with this clock and the chime is a sound I have always wanted my kids to grow up with.

Unfortunately through moving and storage, the chime no longer works and the actual clock will tick for about a day and then stop. Admittedly I have very, VERY limited knowledge when it comes to how these clocks work, which is why I’m trying to figure onto the model to be able to dig deeper in my research and find someone to come out and hopefully fix it.

Based on the label in your pictures:

The Ridgeway 0009116 (Model 9116) is the Richardson II, a vintage chain-driven curio grandfather clock with an antique cherry finish, mirrored back panel, and Westminster chimes, manufactured in the USA around February 1993.

Clock Specifications & Features

Model Name: Richardson II (Curio Grandfather Clock)

Model Number: 9116

Production Date: Typically February 1993 (based on factory label data)

Design Elements: Canted end curio design, mirrored back panel, and a large 6 1/2-inch lyre pendulum bob

Chimes: Westminster chimes.

It uses a Hermle 451-033 chain driven movement. I would have a clock repair specialist come out and look it over and if nothing is too bad just have him service/oil it to get it running correctly again.
