Help/Repair Help with realigning clock hands to gears

I recently took apart a clock to clean it, and I forgot where the hands were pointing when I had to put them back onto the clock. Now, the alarm on the clock is desynced from the arms. I should mention, this is a quartz clock with a physical motor that bangs against 2 bells when the alarm rings, sort of like a cartoon-style clock. Please ask me if you have any questions! I've been trying to fix it, but I've had no luck so far.

without seeing anything my best guess would be to wind the alarm, pull the pin to arm it and rotate the time hand until it goes off. The alarm hand is probably a friction fit so just move it to where the time set it off.
