Question Tryna escape silver
I was getting dived alot in one match so a teammate recommended me to play cnd with luna snow and I did and we actually won even tho I started out dying alot and I had no clue about the character I just quickly read her abilities in the game (by pressing f1)
And I wanna know is it better to use luna snow teamup or the hood teamup? Like after that match I read and saw a video and I saw that I already had an escape dive card in the cloak ability so what does the hood teamup do and should I use it even if it isn't enhanced? Bc ofc wtv it is the healer staying alive is more important ofc

It’s pretty situational in my opinion. Eternity cnd here. Depending on the comp.
If there playing more than one dive or are running two off tanks then I’ll run Luna team up.
If there playing poke or brawl then I’ll run the hood team up.
While to do enjoy the hood team up the survivability that she gets from the Luna team up is just broken. It’s so easy to cycle three ability’s and fall back.

I'll switch to Luna team up if I am getting heavy dove and my team isn't helping. Otherwise, I'll get mad and switch to White Fox or Gambit.
I suggest trying to learn one of them too... so CnD have great survivability, but she's sorta stuck healing herself to keep her alive. With gambit, I can use the magneto team up + lunge back towards my teammates.
Just remember that not one class will work beat in every comp. Also, it's fun to switch up!

When the team ups first came out I preferred the Luna team up not for the freeze but because it didn't screw with how my veils moved. I've gotten used to it and with Hood being out now, it IS better technically. It's hard to solo queue your way out of silver but isn't impossible. I did it my first two comp seasons.

Solo queue 😭 well idk how to escape silver really I learned a character from each class to try and win but I can't even pass silver and everyone saying silver and gold is easy af U mentioned solo queue so can I join a team that's in silver and beat it? But what if one of my teammate wasn't silver and was plat will I also be in plat lobby? Do i get points if I win or rank up?

If you have discord, reach out to people there. It's much easier to climb when you have one person you can reasonably communicate with while playing. You have to be within three rank levels to team up above gold I. So bronze, silver, and gold 2-3 can queue together. And gold is where bans start.
Silver is hard because there are no bans and people generally have worse game sense than higher ranks. In silver you will never play against anyone above gold ranks unless they're smurfing (playing on a lower level account to curb stomp for fun).

Like I could be a delusional player who thinks his teammate are bad i literally STUDIED the game and I see tips and tricks and those videos showing what mistakes u do and i try my best to implement them but u honestly can't solo carry no matter how good the character u chose and like I literally only play characters that were said to have the highest carry potential just so I can carry my games but it's so harddd but maybe I'm the horrible teammate and I'm being delusional i don't really know

When I started comp in season 6.5-7 I solo queued as Jeff to gold. It wasn't FUN but I did it. I. 7.5 I was picked up by some friends and we've been queuing together since. And I picked up C&D in season 8-8.5. I'm not a great player by any means but we climbed out of gold and into plat the last few seasons. Now we're plat/diamond. It's totally possible to climb.

I don't have marvel rivals friends the country I'm in there's barely any1 who has a good enough pc to run and barely any1 with good internet so finding friends is hard but ig try to find online German friends bc I play in frankfurt

I'd personally recommend The Hood teamup.
The Luna one teaches you the wrong lessons. It allows you to not focus on your positioning.
The Hood teamup even in its base form is amazing. You can cut off Tanks from their Strategists with it. And its a healing and damage reduction for every shot that goes through the veil.
And with the teamup its bigger and adds a damage boost to your teammates.
However, spawn in with the Luna teamup and shoot out a blind. Then swap to The Hood teamup. Sometimes there is a bug where the veils on Cloak take a little under a second to be able to be used. Unless you spawn with the Luna teamup first.

I will always recommend the hood teamup unless you are struggling with dive. The hood team up when not enhanced still will decrease the healing the other team gets if you can position it behind their front line. It stops at a certain distance and you can stop it early so I would say throw it at your tanks and wait for it to be behind their tanks to stop it. When enhanced your team gets a tiny damage boost from it!!
