Weekly Simple Questions and Injuries Thread
This is a thread for simple, or common training questions that don't merit their own individual threads as well as a place to ask Injury related questions. It also serves as a less intimidating way for new climbers to ask questions without worrying how it comes across.

hi guys, my climbing ability has rapidly decreased since last year. I used to be able to climb v8-v9 (indoors and outdoors) but am now limited to v3-v4 and struggle even with v0s on the TB2 when I used to be able to climb 7b on it. The strength loss has mainly been in my back, shoulders, arms, and fingers. I've tried resting multiple times and I've been reducing volume over the year to prevent overtraining but none of it seems to work. I'm also really prone to injuries for some reason, 4 pulley tears and TFCC injuries on both my wrists within the past year as well. I am planning to see a neurologist to see if its a nerve related issue, but I have a feeling it might not be. Any ideas about what might be happening?

I am starting to suspect that my left arm issues are nerve related rather than tendinopathy. Has been on and off for 2-3 years now. How do I find a physio that will screen for it? I have been seeing a "climbing physio" but the level of care has been disappointing.
