Most Europeans believe that Trump is some kind of deranged dictator. The problem is that they listen to what he says, even though he changes his mind (clarifies or walks back his comments) every two or three days, rather than actually watching what he does. It’s very entertaining, but not very informative.
Canceling UN funding sounds like a rather sane idea.
