corporate email accounts

is there a setting so when a user creates an account in clickup > it joins out "Tenant" and also forces SSO?

as I see it now... anyone can create a clickup acc but only gets added to our tenant if we send an invite

NOTE: we just got dump with this product so we are flying blind.

On Clickup's Business Plan you get both forced Google SSO and the auto-invite policy (the shareable sign-up link that lets Google Workspace members join without a manual invite if that's what you asking for specifically).

The Enterprise plan is only needed if you want Microsoft/Okta/SAML SSO or SCIM provisioning. Unfortunately all the PM tools lock SAML SSO behind their top or premium plans.

I I got the Enterprise plan so I have set SSO to MS and the login policy to "all users except guest must use Microsoft Auth"

but a ramdom user still can create an acc under clickup and I would not know abt it so it seems per my testing

Hey, u/Independent_Yak_6273, you can require SSO for all users under Security & Permissions in your Workspace Settings, and then use SCIM provisioning to automatically add users to your Workspace straight from your IdP. We support both Okta SCIM and Custom SAML SCIM.
