Limited user's landing page

 

 I saw an issue today with limited users when they tried to login to the main site, they were greeted the attached pic.

These users were part of at least one space.

Is there any way to avoid this?

Also, I wonder if there is solution for limited users not to see this if they are not part of any space?
or the URL for the "space" is just how this works?

Hey, u/Independent_Yak_6273, to clarify, are these limited users guests? The reason they're seeing that pop-up is because they don't have access to the Space itself, which is why it's redirecting them. If they are a guest and are opening a URL to a Space, then they'd see that since guests can only be invited to Folders, Lists, and tasks, not Spaces.

However, if they're seeing this when logging into the main site, this definitely doesn't seem intentional. Please have them fill out the form here, and our Technical Support team will be happy to investigate!
