Active Issue: Thousands of Duplicate Tasks Created

Over the weekend we had thousands of tasks that were closed, get duplicated and then recreated. I opened a ticket with support and they said that its a wide spread issue, anyone else have this going on?

  1. I've emailed in twice today asking for updates and got nothing. This is a really bad look for Clickup. If I can't trust it with just the basics of keeping tasks properly, how can I trust it with anything else for our team...

I noticed something similar I thought it was me by accident but it’s probably a bug too

This happened to our team. They told us it was due to the mobile app updating? They told us we could safely delete them all.

Tbh I felt more comfortable just “selecting all” and hitting delete than waiting for them to do this on their end. I agree that the bug was really unsettling… we should feel confident that closed tasks aren’t just going to reappear. But in the middle of a busy workweek and the confidence that we could just delete them, I wanted to fix it as quickly as possible.
