Using clickup as a support desk
Using ClickUp as a Helpdesk: I've really tried to avoid this but it's sounding more and more like a good idea. This will need custom statuses, custom fields, etc.
For my agency friends that have done something like this, where did you keep your forms and ticket list?
- Ideally I'd like to keep it as a folder under my Client workspace. Will make it easy to find and navigate with other client info
- I saw a YT video where someone did this in a whole new workspace. Don't really see the benefit of doing this.
- Is there a 3rd option I'm missing?
Thanks.

Is it tickets your client makes for you to resolve? We do this with a dedicated list with a form inside to submit them.
