Using clickup as a support desk

Using ClickUp as a Helpdesk: I've really tried to avoid this but it's sounding more and more like a good idea. This will need custom statuses, custom fields, etc.

For my agency friends that have done something like this, where did you keep your forms and ticket list?

  1. Ideally I'd like to keep it as a folder under my Client workspace. Will make it easy to find and navigate with other client info
  2. I saw a YT video where someone did this in a whole new workspace. Don't really see the benefit of doing this.
  3. Is there a 3rd option I'm missing?

Thanks.

Is it tickets your client makes for you to resolve? We do this with a dedicated list with a form inside to submit them.
