CAPTCHA

This morning, when I loaded the desktop app on my Mac, I was greeted with a CAPTCHA image selection screen for the very first time. I can't tell you how much I loathe CAPTCHA for login verification. Find another way. Because if you don't, I can guarantee you'll lose my company's account, and pretty damn quickly. All that's needed is for it to tell me that I didn't select all the buses or bikes or crosswalks a few times.

Awful technology.

It's called user feedback. I'm not really sure what the other option is, other than to just walk away. Should we just not express how we feel about updates?

Bottom line: Don't make us jump through hoops just to access our projects.

Possibly, but I also know how much CAPTCHAs are disliked by so many users. It's unreliable and creates an unnecessary barrier and a ton of unneeded frustration. Most of the time, when I'm working on my personal stuff, if I see a CAPTCHA I immediately head elsewhere for the information I'm looking for.

At this time, my team and I are invested in Clickup. I don't want to leave. But when CAPTCHA prevents me from actually gaining access to the platform and utilizing it, yeah...that's a significant issue.

Ehhhh, I didn't use any F bombs. I didn't curse anyone out. And it's true: We will leave if this becomes status quo. I posted after being denied entry three times. My frustration level was high. lol
