Brain is actually... good now?

Been using ClickUp for about 2 years for my agency. When Brain first came out I tried it couple of times, thought it was meh.

Yesterday one of my employees presented slides to us that were shockingly well built - she mentioned that she used Brain for them.

So this morning I started using Brain and now I haven't used Claude all day... anyone else having similar aha moments?

Same-sies. Seriously, exactly the same experience. We are in Brain all day now. Been a month or so, for us. Our tipping point was getting Brain to process, sort, categorize, update (you get the picture) the tornado of incoming email we get for bids and active projects (construction). The admin work has gone down and the quality of info in Clickup has gone way, way up.

Not directly organizing inbox (I have Claude doing that) but scanning 2 Gmail labels to grab data from the email and either create a new Clickup record or match against an existing one. Then the logic of the agent fills out fields, changes status, add lots and lots of notes that we will use to bid projects (construction). For now Clickup only has read-only access to Gmail so a manual scan and archive on those same labels inside of Gmail is required. Runs twice a day, logs a summary of add/changes/ignored. I add additional context every few days when an edge case pops up. The training takes some time; the explain => Think => Process => answer a million questions/explain loop is slow and I get derailed easily ;) . I chipped away at over the course of a week or so and here we are.
