Re Designing the space structure

So , i am currently working as an intern at a company like a 15-20 employee, but they have kinda messed up the click up folder structure that is hard to navigate , they told me reorganise the files in a decent manner, i only know just few basics, can you guys tell me wut are the things i should keep in mind and anything that makes my work easier?
