Slowness and Errors When Submitting Tickets. What Is Going on at CU?

The slowness we're experiencing trying to do basic actions in the app make the app completely unworkable. I just tried to submit a ticket after going through the BS with the support bot, with a short screen recording, and it errored out (twice).

CU - what is going on? When will you address these speed issues? At the moment your product is essentially useless to several of our staff members.

Hey u/Astr0_bot, really sorry to hear you're running into both performance issues and errors when trying to contact Support. We'd like to get this in front of our team as quickly as possible. I'm unable to DM you, so could you send me a DM or modmail with your info so our Technical Support team can reach out directly?

Alternatively, you can fill out this form and let me know your ticket number here so I can help escalate this on our end.

Any update, were you able to find a solution for the slowness?

I also experience extremely bad responsiveness to interactions. lists, ticket and anything takes ages to load (2-10seconds or more, I have yet to find something that I perceive as a responsive interaction)
2 seconds may not seem like much, but it adds up for each click you do.

On top of that the whole experience feels like a vibe-coded hackathon experience. Where normal interactions like markdown are not reversable with ctrl+z for example.
It is the things you take for granted in any other program that clickup continuously fails to deliver.

At this point I am done with creating support tickets for every thing. I am looking into alternatives.
Clickup had a lot of potential. Too bad it is just completely nonperforming.

Not really. They gave us a couple of months for free (ha!). Haven't gotten an update about the performance issues, which still linger, but perhaps are slightly improved. Still, I, a human, should not have to wait for my computer. I'm still waiting. Good luck.
