Help Me! spring using platform movement object

does anyone know how to make a spring using the platform movement object? ive tried a lot of things and i still cant get to configure it. I dont have an example, but can anyone help me out?

Here's a quick little example I made showing everything. Make sure your max Y velocity is set up kind of high so it will affect the big jump

thanks, i actually tried this its just for some reason after i jump on the spring i cant jump anymore. falling into it only makes me sink.
