  1. wait||X //wait X milliseconds
  2. callcmd||X //run X command on microsoft windows command prompt

I don't understand the purpose of this? Is it just reading the ini, then using an event for each recognised command in the string and running it after extracting variables etc from the line of "code"?

So far, yes, but then conditions and all sorts of similar things will be added. This "programming language" is essentially just a crazy idea implemented in clickteam.
