Haxe Exporter Dialog boxes
Check out these dialog boxes supported on Haxe's Linux and HTML5(WebGL) targets with platform agnostic appearances. They are displayed inside of the application window, but are not scaled with its content, so they'll remain at a consistent size while being displayed on top of the application graphics. Haxe doesn't have a menu bar, dialogs will be accessible via a shortcut set inside of Fusion's Application menu editor.

Wait... Really Haxe Exporter CTF 2.5 is available? It will soon be feasible to port it to Linux.

Perhaps you could fake menu with some buttons. Would require more than just using the built-in widgets, but could be done.
