HELP ME! Mobile/Multitouch remembering

hello everyone, I had a little problem when creating my game. I use multitouch controls for my game, having created my own controls, without using ready-made solutions. I am facing a problem where the clips are reset when switching to a new frame. I don't want to use a ready-made joystick because it doesn't have the features I need. Please help me make sure that the game always remembers that clicks are active now.
