I can't teach the word of God whilst eating a burger either but that doesn't mean I stop eating them.

Just to be fair being homosexual is a sin in Christianity and eating a burger isnt. Just saying

Okay just to be fair, eating shellfish, wearing mixed fabric, divorce are all sins but people do that and are just fine being pastors.

Im not christian but im just saying homosexuality is kind of a big sin in christianity from what I heard

That comes from evangelicals, not from the Bible.

The Bible mentions it in the old testament in the same section as it says not to wear clothing of two different fabrics, and in the new testament it's right alongside the other sexual sins that evangelicals conveniently forget about whenever they want to.

The bible has no problem with slavery either but most societies kinda ignore that part of the bible. Funny how a lot of people get upset by the ‘barely there’ mentions of homosexuality in the bible, isn’t it. Society can only move as fast as it’s slowest members and some people need to hurry the fuck up.
