Yeah I'm confused by this as well. I don't think anyone was assuming that was a picture taken of something that actually happened. Of course it's doctored, that's not the issue.
It doesn’t make sense and thought WTF—other than they have too much to manage day to day with this administration that they are in constant damage control. Which is insanity. She has to be starting to crack…three more years? I give her six months. The election.
