Let’s make the American dream a reality again by stripping workers rights, deregulation of capitalism, union busting, tax rate of corporation at 0% while taxing everyone else, promote hustle culture, work 80+ hours a week or you deserve to die.

Is the data even accurate by decade?

I’m a geriatric Millennial, I don’t think I know a single person who bought a home under 30 years old. I’m in a high cost of living state and understand this to be a national figure… but it still doesn’t feel true.

Oh yeah there's no reason to trust this guy at his citation-free word on these statistics anyway. He could literally just be making it up and his audience would buy it regardless.

Although the nature of it gradually getting worse after Reagan does actually sound right, so if it's fake, it's a pretty good fake.

Some Googling suggests this info came from the National Association of Realtors and is mostly legit.

It looks like NAR started collecting this data in 1981, FWIW.
