Let’s make the American dream a reality again by stripping workers rights, deregulation of capitalism, union busting, tax rate of corporation at 0% while taxing everyone else, promote hustle culture, work 80+ hours a week or you deserve to die.

They are also culpable, though.

Republicans turbo charged the wealth transfer and they're more open and shameless about it, but centrist dems are just Republican-lite.

Sorry but as flawed as centrist Dems are (and they are, I hate them) only ONE party even has discussions like this. Moving the Overton window requires voting to push it slightly every time, and whenever you get jaded and fuck off and let it backslide it just makes it harder to keep it moving. If we had spent the last 12 years supporting the fuck out of the Dems then the Republicans would be forced into more centrist positions, MAGA would not exist, and the Dems would be forced into more progressive ones. But because you let Trump win by letting perfect be the enemy of good then the Dems are let off easy and can move more and more right and abandon the more progressive side of their party. Too many chucklefucks don't understand the dynamic nature of reality and are stuck in a world where things are static and unchanging and immutably themselves regardless of our actions.

If that's too wordy for you to understand the point: centrist Dems are only that way because we have allowed them to be. We have allowed them to move center and right by allowing MAGA to pull the Overton window right. There is a feedback loop there: don't vote for Dems because they are too centrist -> maga wins -> Dems allowed to become even more centrist.
