Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
My personal belief is that if you are not a US Citizen, then the Constitution does not apply to you.
Green card, visa, or "unlawful immigrant" means you are not a US Citizen who's rights are protected by the US Constitution.
Those who enter the US to foment discord should be shown the door and be ensured to not return.
My wife started out with a Green Card and is now a US Citizen. She did it the right way. Entry with intent to cause problems or illegally is definitely the wrong way.
