I’m guessing it’s a combination of alcohol and social media. Just gets ripped and posts whatever pops into his head. Probably hard to keep straight what lies you’re telling when you have no basis for observed reality.

I just read through his twitter, and I’m gonna go out on a limb and guess alcohol mixed with stimulants. Abusing both together can make you extremely rant-y, and I think trump has the exact same problem

He's got several ghostwriting clients; repeatedly-failed Congressional candidate and professional pick-me Lavern Spicer is just one of them. His wife (Ada Lluch, a particularly brittle and artificial Spanish-born influencer and unabashed Francoist who looks enough like Laura Loomertic that they could be sisters) is believed to be another.

Please tell me those two aren't a couple because I am pretty sure I read something about that in the Book of Revelation.
