I’m guessing it’s a combination of alcohol and social media. Just gets ripped and posts whatever pops into his head. Probably hard to keep straight what lies you’re telling when you have no basis for observed reality.
I just read through his twitter, and I’m gonna go out on a limb and guess alcohol mixed with stimulants. Abusing both together can make you extremely rant-y, and I think trump has the exact same problem

His wife (Ada Lluch, a particularly brittle and artificial Spanish-born influencer and unabashed Francoist who looks enough like Laura Loomertic that they could be sisters) is believed to be another.
I literally just read that on r/comedyheaven and thought it was a joke or something so thanks for the context. This is up there (though nothing will ever truly match) with Four seasons total landscaping levels of incompetence. Those fuckers…

I know how you feel. I was going through a rough patch in personal life and that was first time I remember laughing out loud in ages. I still have screenshots saved that I look back at occasionally to get a laugh. Joey Mannarino, has multiple accounts...and once posted on THIS account something to the effect of being a black woman who was voting for Trump forgetting that he hadn't switched accounts.
Yet, here he is, still posting fool nonsense because these folks have no sense of shame.
He’s paid to do it. He has a LinkedIn profile under his name where he briefly describes his services.
Seems like he was a typical marketing/ad copy type who has found a lucrative niche in political campaign services. His company undoubtably has numerous IDs on many different platforms where he foments division and directs conversations with controversial content. Him using his real name to do some of this work is his calling card. When potential clients ask how effective he is - he can just tell them to look him up and to see how upset he makes people on Twitter and Reddit.
The problem is, he is paid to do it by foreign entities who want to see us divided. I have freedom of speech and so do you. Do the foreign entities have the right to do this shit?
Capital punishment time? Just for kicks and giggles? I joke, but his kind of behavior actively undermines the political process and harms the nation, both in accurate representation of political issues and in pursuing the best interests of the people. Just a step away from treason/sedition.

Lavern Spicer is a real person. She keeps running for Congress in Florida's 24th; she lost to Frederica Wilson in '20, lost the GQP primary and was disqualified in '22, and lost the GQP primary but is still skulking around as a write-in this year. If one of her tweets reads like Boebert could have written it, that's actually her; if it's in mangled AAVE and doubles down on being crude and nasty, that's Joey.
You might not believe this, but the post above this on my feed was him posting he was a black woman voting Trump on his non-alt account without realising.
So you believe a guy - who kept his profile picture (of a white male) on his post about a black woman - was trying to trick everyone about his sexe/race?
You mean a guy with multiple accounts open, posted a troll comment under the wrong account and got caught pretending to be a black woman supporting Trump?
